Dearest Singtel,

I would like to inform you that you are going to receive another phone call from me soon and that the poor person who answers my call would be bombarded with many questions. Like why did you go and DUMMY DUMB DUMB activate my other Sim card and now I can't use the one I have with me while you have the other which I'm only receiving on Tuesday.

I've already called like 4 and 1/2 hours ago and my sim card is still not working even though the person told me that it should be fine in about one hour. I want to use my phone and it's YOUR fault I can't use it. I have been phoneless for the past 3 days.

Such an amazing feat for me so please don't make me wait longer!
